From Katelyn ColeEar lobes are where most people start — and they should be done with a sterile needle, not a gun. I pierce lobes every week in-studio: symmetrical marks, implant-grade studs, and aftercare you can actually follow in Vegas heat. I pierce this placement by appointment at 2375 E. Tropicana Suite 3 — book online or call (725) 224-1240.
Quick pinch — most clients say it is easier than they expected
6–8 weeks for initial heal; 3 months before heavy hoops or stretching
Saline mist, hands off, no pools or hot tubs for 4–6 weeks. Las Vegas is dry — your crusties will feel tighter than in humid climates. Do not pick them; let saline do the work.
Wait until the fistula feels stable — usually 6–8 weeks minimum. Come in for a check if you want to swap to gold or a hoop; I will tell you if you are ready.

At Work of Art — 2375 E. Tropicana Suite 3. I book by appointment so we can mark anatomy and pick starter length before we pierce. Online booking or (725) 224-1240.
Yes. I need time to assess angle, swelling room, and jewelry length — same-day openings do happen; call (725) 224-1240 or grab a slot online.
6–8 weeks for initial heal; 3 months before heavy hoops or stretching Vegas dry air tightens crusties — saline mist, no picking, and show up for your downsizing check when I schedule it.
Most clients rate this 2/10 — Quick pinch — most clients say it is easier than they expected. The poke is quick; sleep position and snagging matter more over the next months.
Implant-grade titanium flat-back or bar, sized long for swelling. I downsize at your check-in — decorative titanium ends wait until you are healed.
Real lobe work from our studio — not stock photos. Starter length, swelling room, downsizing, and healed angles documented in Vegas.

Placement and angle marked for your anatomy — implant-grade starter jewelry sized for swelling.

Days 3–7: light crusties, tenderness, and a longer post on purpose — do not shorten jewelry at home.

Healed lobes — studs sit flush once swelling drops, usually around 6–8 weeks.

Downsize to a shorter post or swap ends once the fistula is stable — booked as a check-in, not a mall kiosk.

Starter jewelry sits long so tissue is not pulled inward — embedding happens when posts are too short too soon.

Client wanted a balanced constellation without crowding the helix. We measured anatomy, picked implant-grade titanium, and staged piercings so swelling on one side did not complicate the other.
